Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Filing a chargeback for reasons inconsistent with this policy may result in the submission of this agreement and related order documentation to the payment processor as evidence of the transaction.
